We ship worldwide where our carrier network operates.
If a destination is unavailable, this will be shown at checkout. You may also contact us and we will endeavour to arrange delivery to your country where possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- During launches, holidays, and promotional periods, processing may take longer.

Pricing, Duties, and Taxes
The amount shown at checkout is the amount we charge for your order. We do not add separate import duty or customs handling fees at checkout.
Depending on your country, your parcel may still be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, or customs clearance charges assessed by local authorities or carriers on delivery. Where applicable by law, such charges remain your responsibility.
Return and Exchange Postage
For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, you are responsible for return postage to us. Exchange outbound shipping is charged at our actual (unsubsidised) carrier cost, as explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Outbound delivery on your original order may be subsidised or offered at a reduced rate; return and exchange shipping are not subsidised in the same way and may cost more than the postage paid on your original order.
