Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains change-of-mind returns, exchanges, faulty or incorrect items, and how refunds are processed.
If you are purchasing from Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence or purchase may also apply. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date of delivery of your order.
If you are purchasing from Australia, this is a voluntary store policy offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return items in accordance with this policy.
Original Condition Requirements
To qualify for a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from signs of use.
- In their original condition, with no damage, alterations, stains, or odours (including perfume).
- All original tags attached and included.
- Original packaging included where provided.
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or not in a resaleable condition may be refused.
Partial Returns
Where your order contains multiple items, you may return individual eligible items in line with this policy, provided each returned item meets the original condition requirements above.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange for another size or colour, subject to availability.
For change-of-mind exchanges, you are responsible for return postage to us and for the full (unsubsidised) outbound shipping cost of the replacement item. Our standard checkout delivery rates are often subsidised or offered at a reduced rate; exchange shipping is charged at our actual carrier cost.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer law, including return and replacement shipping support where required.
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind returns: you pay return postage to us.
- Change-of-mind exchanges: you pay return postage and the unsubsidised outbound shipping cost of the replacement.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer law, which may include covering return and replacement shipping where required.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
If you are purchasing from Australia, where required under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Do not send items back without our confirmation, as unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
No restocking fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns.
EU, EEA, and UK Statutory Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and exceptions.
Common exceptions may include sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and certain other categories prescribed by law.

Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before fulfilment begins.
Once fulfilment has started, cancellation may not be possible and this returns policy will apply instead.
